Germantown, Tennessee--February 14, 2022-- On behalf of GMSD, Happy Black History Month! In Germantown Board of Education news, your local elected board members began meeting with legislators to add input to bills being discussed in Nashville. At the upcoming work session, GMSD is excited to share the work of the Houston High School Master Plan Committee members with the community. Over 100 subcommittee members made up of staff, students, teachers, parents, and community members met last year to dream up a big future for the campus of Houston High School. Our friends at Fleming Architects have used that work to begin initial sketching. Join us on our Youtube Channel next Wednesday at 5pm as the board shares and discusses the vision and the next steps.
