Caroline Curry, Zoe Umsted, and Roos Rottink rise to the top in local STEM competition

Germantown, Tennessee--March 1, 2022--Three students in RTI created the idea for a Car Exhaust Pipe Purifier for the Memphis-Area Joint Engineering Council Student Contest in which they were tasked with inventing or innovating a product that would benefit society, and they have made it to the Championship Round. Their product was judged on its benefit to society, feasibility, creativity, and presentation.

Zoe Umsted, Roos Rottink, and Caroline Curry will present their Car Exhaust Pipe Purifier to the judges/members of the MJEC via Zoom at the upcoming Championship Round (date TBD).
