On Friday the 19th, FHES kicked off the school year with a slam dunk fundraiser. Special guests Taylor Jenkins (Memphis Grizzlies head coach) and Tony Allen (former Memphis Grizzlies shooting guard) came to enjoy the game. Naturally, our GMSD community showed out, packing the gym.
The night not only brought an exciting basketball game but also an opportunity to donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Needless to say, the fundraiser was a success. Thank you to all who attended and participated.
