Mustang Madness kicked off our fall sports season Thursday night! With team announcements, varsity cheer to amp up the crowd, and a great performance from the pom team, it was the perfect way to start the year. Varsity football is ready to be ‘thunder and lightning’ in the regular season. Their first game is next Friday, August 18, at 7:00pm at Briarcrest. The home opener will be Friday, September 1, at 7pm vs. Germantown, and we want the stands to be packed! Our Lady Mustangs volleyball teams have been hard at work this summer, and they are starting the season off strong with a full schedule ahead. This week, they have three games: tonight they face off against St. George’s away, but tomorrow, Tuesday, August 15 is their first home game against Brighton. JV at 5:00pm and varsity at 6:00pm. Come support your Lady Mustangs! Thursday, August 17, they face ECS away, and Friday, August 18, the competition begins at the Collierville Tournament. Girls soccer is also kicking off their season tonight! This home game vs. Germantown starts at 7:00pm at HMS. Girls varsity soccer will also take on Madison Academy away tomorrow, Tuesday, August 15, and later this week on Thursday, August 17, JV and varsity will face off against ECS at home. JV starts at 5:00, with varsity at 7:00pm.
