November 2024 - Six high school athletes and six middle school athletes have been nominated for November’s Athlete of the Month. Read about each student athlete and cast your vote!

November 2024-- The AspireACT program has helped almost 250 students improve their ACT scores through specialized tutoring, with 83% seeing progress and 38 seniors qualifying for "Ready Grad" status. Ongoing support, including in-school tutoring and workshops, ensures students continue to succeed, as shown in a new spotlight video.

November 2024-- The Houston Band ended their marching season by winning the AAA Division Championship at the University of Memphis and taking first place in several categories. As they shift focus to individual and ensemble musicianship, they look forward to celebrating all members at their wrap party.

November 2024-- Two Dogwood Elementary students, Mary Margaret Tutor (3rd grade) and Tatum Barnett (5th grade), were awarded with Honorable Mentions at this year's Briarcrest Regional Art Contest and Exhibition (BRACE).

November 2024-- The Houston High Theater Department presents their fall production of Alice in Wonderland, directed by Kell Christie, featuring captivating masks, puppets, and lively music suitable for all ages. Performances will take place from November 8 to 11, inviting families and friends to join in this whimsical adventure.

November 2024--The Germantown Municipal Council (GMC) PTO has launched its Art and Writing Contest with the theme “What Are Your Big Dreams?” Students can submit original entries in either Art or Writing categories, following specific guidelines and length requirements based on their grade level.
